Mothers Day 2010

I had a wonderful mothers day with my boys. Saturday, we hiked Tennessee Valley in Marin. You both were tired because the day before we were at the pool for four hours. I ended up holding Tonio for most of the hike to the ocean. Once there there was the end of the river into the ocean where you both played. It was a little chilly but a beautiful day. You both had fun throwing rocks and having a picnic. On the walk back, Tonio was just so tired and I was exhausted carrying home. What got the two of you to walk the last mile back was roly poly hunting. You both looked for the roly polies and then would flick them into balls and then give them to daddy. It was great.

We have spent the last 5 days together and have had a lot of fun swimming, hiking, walking and going to the library. I love you.

Thursdays

For almost three years we have been meeting up with Jenny, Grace and Emily. We usually meet at a cafe and then go to a park. The past months we have changed it up a little because you are all getting older and want to explore. Today we went to Stern Grove and you had fun playing with sticks and climbing rocks. It still takes awhile for the girls to warm up to you (even though we see them every week) but once they do you all fun chasing each other.
