Yesterday was a big day-- it was Miguelito's sixth birthday and his
first day of first grade and Tonio's first day of kindergarten. You
both were so sweet with your new haircuts and uniforms. You both did
well at school- no tears. At the dinner table when we had pizza, as
requested, Miguel said his high of the day was, "Playing with Tonio at
recess". My heart melted. It is so hard to believe my little boy is 6.

- He loves toys especially action figures (wrestlers, spiderman, star wars)
- He loves watching Michael Phelps in the relay at the Olympics
- He is a great swimmer
- His favorite foods: chicken nuggets, pizza and hamburgers- homemade of course, although he really wants McDonalds
- He loves subway sandwiches
- He has to sleep with a ton of toys/ blankets/ books in his bed. Sometimes he organizes them to make a wall around the bed.
